We make it easy to have the dream space you always wanted…
This is our Featured Projects page where we show some recent work and discuss some details about the process, including price.
-
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you saw something you loved at a friend’s house or online but don’t want to feel like you are “copying” their idea.
Our Designers will guide you through the entire process to make sure you get everything you want that is completely unique to you.
-
We work hand in hand with our Designers to make sure that the space you imagined is the space you get at the end of the construction process.
-
It sounds simple, but this is the true goal of the project!
We make sure the process goes as smoothly as possible so you can enjoy your new space for years to come without regret.
Our success is measured by how willing our clients are to recommend us to their friends and families.
Pool locker room
problem…
For years the client tried to figure out the best solution for guests to change or shower when using the swimming pool. They contemplated building an extra pool house for awhile. They had the space and budget but something didn’t seem right about that. It would be too far from the house, need to be maintained, etc.
solution…
They were now empty nesters and were overlooking the easiest solution. Why not convert one of the basement rooms onto the locker room? It already had an attached bathroom and a door which led directly to the pool deck outside.
They spent so many years using the room in a different capacity that they didn’t see the obvious solution.
budget…
$75,000.00 Pool Locker & Bathroom
That included both rooms, cabinetry, LOTS of tile, AND design time along with all of the other smaller details. It was certainly a much smaller price than had they pursued the pool house option.
And because it’s in the main house it’s just one extra space to maintain and clean occasionally rather than the upkeep of an extra “house” out beyond the pool.

Walk in closet
problem…
The husband had an office that he never used but he also didn’t have his own closet space either. The wife always wished her walk in closet was MUCH bigger.
solution…
Admit defeat regarding the office and let wife have her dream closet! This actually freed up two smaller walk in closets for the husband to use. Spoiler alert! He only gets one though - the wife is keeping the second closet!
budget…
$75,000.00
Included design, in floor heat, tile, LOTS of cabinets, and an amazing chandelier.
before & after
basement entertainment area
problem…
Nobody ever used the space. The fireplace was woodburning
and no one liked to start or maintain the fire. Other than that there was no real reason it went unused most of the time.
The homeowners finally admitted that they just found it ugly and uninviting but didn’t want to admit that was why they wanted to remodel. It felt like it wasn’t a good enough reason to redo the entire space.
solution…
We knew we had to switch the fireplace to a gas unit if anyone was ever going to use it. It would be a fairly big undertaking for a few reasons. Once they knew we were completely overhauling the fireplace it made it easier to commit to the rest of the renovation.
A brand new fireplace with new stone and shelving was going to look very out of place with the rest of the room.
We also brought it to attention that 600+ sq ft of the house was going virtually unused up until this point. That seemed a bigger shame than remodeling just because the space was uninviting.
budget…
$60,000.00
Included design, tile, masonry, gas fireplace, cabinetry, and secret door in wine cellar.
before & after
en suite bathroom & closet
problem…
No major problem on this one. It was just long overdue for an upgrade.
solution…
Get rid of the carpet in the closet since you have to go through the bathroom to get to it and make the bathroom and closet feel like one harmonious space.
budget…
$45,000.00
Included design, tile, cabinets and a new tub layout.
